YOGA AND MEDITATION CLASS MENU
Body Mind Spirit
A yoga class with a focus on cultivating relaxation and overall wellbeing.
Incorporates asanas (physical postures), meditation and deep relaxation.
Suitable for all levels.
1 hour – 2 hours
A guided deep relaxation ‘Yoga Nidra’ practice which brings about rest
and peacefulness on a very deep level. The practice is done lying on the
back and resting completely.
45 mins – 1 hour
A series of invigorating and strengthening yoga postures to enliven
and awaken the body and mind. A fun and challenging class and a great
low impact workout. Suitable for those who are reasonably physically ﬁt.
45 minutes to 1.5 hours
One Hour Learn to Meditate Class
Each person connects to meditation diﬀerently. That’s why in this class
three diﬀerent styles of meditation are oﬀered along with space to try out
the practices and see which one works best for you. This class empowers
you ‘with the tools you need to practice meditation independently at home,
even if you never attend another session.

30 minute class $80 for one participant plus $10 per extra participant
45 minute class $100 for one participant plus $15 per extra participant
60 minute class $125 for one participant plus $15 per extra participant
